QGA was founded in 2022 by Rachel Greening, a senior governance professional with over 20 years’ experience of working within the independent healthcare sector with 7 years working at Executive level. Rachel has a passion for creating and embedding models of excellence, and supporting teams to go 'over and above' in order to demonstrate safe and high quality services.

- ISO9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO27001:2013 (Information Security Management Systems) Lead Auditor
- Internal Auditor for Health & Safety Management (BS OH18001)
- Data protection practitioner (PC.dp)
- Regulatory lead for CQC registrations and inspections
- Experience in Caldicott Guardian and Freedom to Speak Up Guardian responsibilities
- Risk and Incident Manager
- Capsticks Diploma in Clinical Risk and Claims Management
